Support of University of Glasgow School of Life Sciences

Audrey is pleased to announce that Nairn Scobie from the University of Glasgow School of Life Sciences will continue to work with me to help her prepare for her 2015 Odyssey challenges.

Nairn is a teacher within the school and set up the hypoxic training sessions that Audrey did prior to the Volcano Marathon. These sessions provided valuable acclimatisation experience and training, that proved to be beneficial in helping Audrey to quickly acclimatise to the altitude in Chile, and to cope with the symptoms of altitude that she experienced whilst running.

Nairn will now assist with training advice and support for Audrey to prepare for the North Pole Marathon and key events that she has targeted in Scotland.
